Makeup missed tours for the tour guide course

Greeting to all of the of the students enrolled the licensed tour guide course at the Israeli school of tourism, In order to simplify registration to make- up tours, we have improved the accessibility of the class schedules.

How to register to complete a tour:

1. Remember that it is always better not to miss the tours of your course. However, if you had to be absent, here is the order of the actions:

2. A. Once you have located the required tour that you missed, you should to send an email with the tour details to the branch secretariat to which you belong, so that your eligibility to participate in the required completion tour is confirmed.

B. After receiving confirmation of eligibility from your branch, you must send an email with confirmation of eligibility to the secretariat of the extension in which the tour takes place. The branch secretariat will confirm or your request in a return email your registration for the tour, as this is a registration based on availability. For your convenience, the following are the email addresses and telephone numbers of the branches secretariats:

C. One week to 3 days before the tour, you are required to ensure that the tour takes place according to plan and confirm your participation, by phone or email to the relevant branch and also ask for the details of the student on duty, with whom you coordinate collection details for the tour.

D. If you have registered for the tour and will not be able to participate (without notice at least 3 days in advance), you will not be able to complete the requested tour in the future.

Note: The program published is not final and is sometimes modified according to various constraints. therefore it is very important to check that the tour is indeed taking place.
